Ui Ho Park, MD Medical Director Dr. Park received his medical degree from Kyungpook University School of Medicine in Korea. Following internships in Chicago and surgical residences in Kentucky, Dr. Park worked for VA Hospitals. After a 23 year career in the US Army, Dr. Park retired as a Colonel and military surgeon in 2002. He lives in Marietta with his wife of 41 years, Sung Wha. |

Scott Mitchell, MD, completed his undergraduate degree at Tufts University and then continued on at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA where he received his M.D. Upon completion of medical school, he attended the University of Connecticut, Asylum Hill Family Practice Residency Program at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT. In his final year of residency he was chosen by his peers to be Chief Resident. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army for four years where he provided a full array of family medicine to service members, their families, and retirees.

Dr. GiGi D. Bell-Wade, MD received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in 1991. She then completed a transitional internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas proceeded by a residency in Anesthesiology at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Bell-Wade concluded her formal training with a fellowship in Pain Management at the medical center and continues to stay abreast of new developments with continuing medical education. She has been in private practice in Atlanta since completing her training. Dr. Bell-Wade is a firm believer in the multidisciplinary approach to pain management. She resides in Smyrna with her husband, Vincent and their son, Kendall. |

Melissa Stroud, FNP-C, MSN Family Nurse Practitioner, received her BSN degree in 1999 and her NP degree in 2009 from Kennesaw State University. Her specialty is family practice. She lives with her husband, Gary, and has five children, Courtney, Jordan, Brendan, Christopher and McKenna. |

Norman Gray, PT, received his physical therapy degree from Loma Linda University, Loma Linda, California. Following internships in California, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Mr Gray worked as a staff Physical Therapist at the University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. Also was Clinical Instructor for the Physical Therapy School at Medical College of Georgia. Mr. Gray was Physical Therapy Director for two major Hospitals and has 25 years experience in orthopedics specializing in spinal disorders including neck and back pain. He lives in Kennesaw near his daughter and grandson. |

He continued his education and received his doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine in 2008. He lives in Hoschton with his wife and two children. |

Windy Brannon, PT, MS Physical Therapist, graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a Masters in Physical Therapy. Windy also has a specialty in electrodiagnostic nerve testing. She lives in Alpharetta with her daughter, Taylor. |
